Learning to cook Borscht.....

What could be more intimidating than learning to cook borscht (a staple in all homes in Ukraine)
by a wonderful and beautiful Ukrainian woman (did I mention the people here are top notch cooks too)?  Ugh!
But, I survived when I tried on my own.......

.....the soup was approved by three Ukrainian men.  Phew!
