2 packs crab sticks - chopped very fine
1-2t. minced onion
1-2T. celery - chopped very fine
mayonnaise
salt & pepper
dill - to your liking
(cucumber chopped very fine works also)
cream cheese
appetizer cups
Mix ingredients, take cup and spoon about 1t. cream cheese into bottom of cup. Add crab salad on top.
Sprinkle more dill for color on top.
Actually this is a Ukrainian appetizer. We helped make these at a picnic one summer. It was our idea to add the cream cheese.
